At Bizzomate we consider the personal and professional development of our consultants to be of high importance. This is not just a company and/or management effort, our consultants find this just as important and start many valuable initiatives. Our junior consultants have started the BizzoSkool; a virtual “class room” where more senior consultants support the juniors in their journey towards the Mendix Advanced certification. In monthly meetings the juniors invite a senior to brainstorm about specific technical topics.
