GGZ inGeest selects Bizzomate and Tacstone for the digitization of patient flow logistics

Mendix low-code solutions and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) shorten waiting lists, reduce administrative burden and improve communication with clients.

Bizzomate, experts in software solutions for digitizing and optimizing business processes, will fully digitize patient flow logistics with Mendix low-code
at GGZ inGeest, an institution for mental health care in the Netherlands. The new applications will be built on the Mendix low-code platform and will provide process support throughout the entire patient journey within the institution. RPA specialist Tacstone Technology reduces the administrative burden by automating manual, repetitive tasks at the institution.

In the upcoming years, the number of patients needing mental health care via GGZ inGeest is expected to increase. It is crucial that patients end up with the right practitioner as quickly and efficiently as possible. So central insight into which practitioners are available is needed. It also needs to be clear where patients are in their treatment process.

Extensive digitization journey
To achieve these goals Bizzomate and Tacstone Technology will digitize the entire patient flow logistics process of GGZ inGeest in the upcoming years. Bizzomate now started building the first application to digitize the intake process of new patients. This application offers workflow support and task-oriented working for practitioners and the administrative staff enabling better and more efficient planning of treatments and shortening waiting times. Tacstone Technology’s RPA solution focuses on automating the client enrollment process in the first phase of the patient journey eliminating manual repetitive, error-prone tasks and saving time.
