Bizzomate announces that it has become an official Mendix Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner. Together, both parties will launch Internship Planner a solution for quickly and efficiently planning internships in the healthcare industry.

Through the ISV program, Bizzomate makes it easier for organizations to offer students internships based on their personal preferences. As a result, they enjoy their work more and they keep working in the healthcare industry longer. This way, a contribution is made to solving a growing problem in Dutch society: the growing shortage of nurses.

The internship planner includes flexible scheduling functionality that automatically generates the best scheduling. As a result manual scheduling is no longer needed. A few weeks before their internship students can indicate in which department they would like to do an internship and what their preferences are. Internship Planner then links their personal preferences to the appropriate departments in the organization.

The dashboard also shows the dropout rate of students per department. This way, timely action can be taken in time if necessary. Besides that, the departments are supported more efficiently and their planning and service schedules are better organized by the Internship Planner.

Internship Planner is of great importance to both students and managers in organizations that have difficulty with internship staff planning. This applies to the healthcare industry but also to other industries in which many changes take place in interns or staff.
